The Leibnitz-Institut für Kristallzüchtung (IKZ) and Dr. Eberl MBE-Komponenten GmbH intensify their cooperation with supply agreements for high-purity semiconductor materials.

Supply of isotopically pure silicon and germanium for quantum technologiesOn the basis of isotopically pure Si and Ge materials, Dr. Eberl MBE-Komponenten GmbH is able to offer a comprehensive service to customers worldwide in the field of quantum technologies.

The IKZ has been cooperating with Dr. Eberl MBE-Komponenten GmbH in research and development for many years.
